Job Summary
Develop and execute sales plans to increase production volume across Business Purpose Loan programs, including Non-QM, DSCR, Fix & Flip, GUC, and Bridge products. Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, investors, developers, and referral partners while identifying new business opportunities nationwide. Drive loan origination growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management by conducting outreach, presentations, and product training sessions. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective opportunities and support partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Work closely with leadership and operations to support production growth and partner success. Fully remote Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST with 2.5 weeks PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mortgage sales, TPO, business development, or lending experience
- Strong understanding of Non-QM lending products and investor loan structures
- Knowledge of DSCR underwriting, Fix & Flip financing, Bridge lending structures, and real estate investment strategies
- Experience developing broker, investor, referral partner, or strategic partner relationships
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems for at least 3 years
- Experience using mortgage LOS platforms for at least 3 years
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Stack
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote sales leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- Mortgage Automator or Encompass experience
