Job Summary
Vice President of Research & Development leading a 60-70 person multidisciplinary team across Product Management, Engineering, Cloud, Security & Compliance, and AI Operations. Responsible for translating business goals and product requirements into actionable development plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and prioritizing progress. Drive innovation through business transformation and AI initiatives, manage both onsite and offshore development teams, and serve as a liaison across Sales, Professional Services, and Support. Travel approximately 25-50% with eligibility to travel internationally; role supports remote work from the US and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or relevant experience
- 10+ years of product and/or people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate to senior executives and technical experts
- Strong organization and time-management skills; can-do attitude
- Team player capable of managing self and staff
- Analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
