Job Summary
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary R&D organization spanning Product Management, Engineering, Cloud, Security & Compliance, and AI Operations, with 60-70 staff. Translate business goals and product requirements into actionable development plans; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while prioritizing progress over perfection. Drive integration of newly acquired products and seamless incorporation of third-party solutions with Harris' offerings. Manage onsite & offshore teams across the US and Canada, cultivate cross-functional collaboration, and provide technical direction and guidance for all product development needs. Champion innovation through AI & transformation initiatives, oversee strategic partnerships, and act as a liaison between Cayenta customers and internal departments. Possess and demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, with a proven track record in product modernization and transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or relevant experience
- 10+ years of product and/or people management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to communicate to senior executives and technical experts
- Organizational and time-management skills; can-do attitude
- Excellent team player with ability to manage and prioritize work for self and staff
- Advanced analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
