Job Summary
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms while assisting with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests. Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies, then coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy. Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to address concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking, maintaining accurate documentation and updating booking systems as required. This client-facing role supports Rudyb Travel's mission to deliver seamless, personalized experiences throughout every stage of the travel journey.
Required Qualifications
