Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, and participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that fills your schedule and provides real-time admin support. Set your own hours across seven days with no on-call rotation or evening requirements. Licensed Ohio therapists with a master's or doctoral degree will receive competitive per-session rates or full benefits packages depending on their employment status.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Ohio
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
