Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting and design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload. This role offers flexible scheduling across seven days a week with no on-call or evening requirements. Clinicians receive competitive per-session rates as full cash compensation, with W2 employees eligible for health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) matching program. Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Minnesota
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
