Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting and design personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your schedule. Set your own hours across seven days without on-call requirements or evening shifts. Start at 15 hours per week as an independent contractor or 25 hours as a W2 employee.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Washington
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
