Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, then participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your schedule. Set your own hours across seven days with no on-call requirements, starting at 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours for W2 employees.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Iowa
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
