Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting and design personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that fills your schedule and handles administrative tasks. You will set your own hours across seven days a week with no on-call requirements, focusing on patients without evening obligations. This role supports clinicians who are passionate about serving seniors through grief and life transitions within a mission-driven community.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent", "Licensed in Vermont", "Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy", "Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred", "Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
