Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting and design personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload. Licensed therapists in Virginia can set their own schedule across seven days a week with no on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Virginia
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
