Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, and participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload. Set your own schedule across 7 days a week with no on-call requirements or evening shifts. Licensed therapists in Tennessee with a master's or doctoral degree are eligible for competitive fee-for-service rates, with W2 clinicians at 25+ hours per week receiving health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Tennessee
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
