Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting and design personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload based on your availability. This role offers flexible scheduling across seven days with no on-call or evening requirements, starting at 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours for W2 employees. You will receive free continuing education, geriatric-focused training, and clinical consultation from experienced directors.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Arkansas
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
