Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, then participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that fills your schedule and handles administrative tasks. Choose your own hours across seven days with no on-call or evening requirements. Licensed clinicians in Indiana with a master's or doctoral degree are eligible for competitive per-session rates, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Indiana
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
