Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, and participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles scheduling and admin tasks. Licensed therapists in Maine can choose their own hours across seven days with no on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Maine
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
