Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting while designing personalized treatment plans for each patient. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, and participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently as a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or CPC in Nevada, supported by a dedicated clinical lead and real-time admin assistance. Set your own flexible schedule across seven days without evening or on-call requirements. Start at 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours for W2 status with access to geriatric-focused training and free CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Nevada
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus
