Job Summary
Conduct 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Manage a consistent caseload of 60-minute intakes and follow-ups within evidence-based standards, utilizing independent treatment decision-making without inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities. Deliver structured care supported by an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and full operational assistance for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to operational guidelines for weekly availability and transparent goals.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Desired Qualifications
- (Highly desired) Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- (Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
