Job Summary
Conduct 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD. Deliver standard 60-minute intakes and follow-ups while maintaining consistent caseloads with defined, transparent goals. Exercise independent treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards, supported by an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and accessible clinical leadership. Manage documentation and pace within a fully remote environment where operational support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. This role is designed for independently licensed therapists seeking predictable W-2 compensation and flexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model focused on high-quality, skills-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Desired Qualifications
- (Highly desired) Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- (Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
