Job Summary
Review all editorial, design, and video work before client delivery, providing actionable feedback when adjustments are needed. Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules, tracking tasks and deliverables monthly to ensure on-time, on-brief production. Serve as the client's internal advocate by attending check-ins and escalating strategy issues quickly. Manage multiple teams and competing priorities while maintaining diligent record-keeping and deep product knowledge. Requires English and German fluency, a Bachelor's degree, and two years of relevant experience. This remote contract role supports Brafton's content marketing teams across the Caribbean, focusing on video, blogs, infographics, and web design.
Required Qualifications
- English and German fluency
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to understand and even further a client's brief in an actionable way
- The ability to provide the production teams with clear and meaningful feedback on work
- Exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of our production processes
- The ability to think outside the box and arrive at new or customized approaches to our clients' deliverables
