Job Summary
Remote Teller handles member interactions primarily via video, delivering first-rate service while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions. Responsibilities include guiding members through transactions on screen, cross-selling credit union products, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, staying informed on policy changes and regulatory requirements (BSA/OFAC/CTR/UAR), and meeting monthly sales goals. The role requires comfort working on camera, strong communication, and reliable, punctual performance in a high-service, privacy-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year experience in a financial institution setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Annual training to ensure compliance with NCUA and BSA requirements, rules, and regulations
- Credit Union or banking experience desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
