Job Summary
Provide licensed behavioral health services via telehealth and in-person sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Work within a nationwide network with administrative support handling credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. Maintain schedule autonomy while following organizational standards for outcome measurement and quality care, including engaging clients around clinical measures and using provided tools and guidance for care delivery. Eligible licenses include LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; remote and in-person options are supported; providers arrange their own office space for in-person care. Located in Albuquerque, NM, with nationwide collaboration and access to CEU resources.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing
- ability to provide telehealth and in-person sessions
- ability to manage telehealth and/or in-person clinical workflow, including documentation in EHR and coordination with credentialing and billing teams
- capability to deliver behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families
- commitment to quality measures and outcomes tracking as part of care delivery
