Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
- Applicable state licensure for telehealth and/or in-person practice
- Ability to provide telehealth and in-person sessions
- Credentialing, billing, and EHR support handled by employer
