Job Summary
Licensed therapists in Virginia needed for LifeStance Health’s telehealth/hybrid outpatient behavioral health program. Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to adults and/or children/adolescents, with proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee) and Microsoft 365/Teams. Role is full-time W-2 with on-site and hybrid flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office); comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) with match. Sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus available. Prior Virginia licensure and credentialing are required; experience in outpatient settings and comfort with telemedicine are essential; LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC-S) in Virginia
- Virginia licensure
- Experience with outpatient mental health care
- Proficiency with EHR software and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid/on-site model (minimum 3 days in-office)
- Full-time W-2 position
- Strong clinical skills with adults and/or children/adolescents
