Job Summary
REMOTE TELEHEALTH PHYSICIAN role with dual responsibilities as Attending Physician and Medical Director at AlignMed Partners in a post-acute/long-term care setting. The role involves overseeing clinical services, credentialing, adherence to regulatory and corporate policies, ensuring timely patient evaluations, delivering high-quality care, coordinating with the Center Medical Director and area hospitals, and supporting community/regional clinical initiatives. Qualifications include MD/DO and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with potential geriatrics interest; telehealth delivery, LTC experience, and leadership responsibilities are central to the position.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable
