Job Summary
Remote telehealth Attending Physician/Medical Director role at a North Conway, NH-based center is embedded within AlignMed Partners’ post-acute/long-term care network. The position combines clinical duties with medical leadership responsibilities, including overseeing clinical programs, ensuring compliance with credentialing and corporate integrity standards, conducting timely history and physicals, and coordinating care arrangements with hospitals and other institutions. Requires BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (LTC experience) and supports telehealth delivery across centers while maintaining high-quality patient care and leadership presence within the medical staff.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable
