Job Summary
Remote/telehealth physician and Medical Director role in post-acute/long-term care with no on-call requirements. Dual Attending Physician/Medical Director responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, overseeing clinical programs, credentialing processes, and compliance. Requires BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience. Duties include admitting patients, timely history and physical within 72 hours, collaborating with the Center Medical Director to improve care, coordinating transfers with hospitals, and representing AlignMed Partners in clinical leadership and community engagement. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
