REMOTE TELEHEALTH PHYSICIAN - FULL TIME, PART TIME, TEMPORARY

Dual role Attending Physician/Medical Director in a Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care center (Mineral Springs Center, North Conway, NH) focused on delivering high-quality clinical services in post-acute/long-term care settings. Responsibilities include taking complete responsibility for admitted patients, credentialing per AlignMed Partners processes, timely patient visits, adherence to clinical programs and regulatory policies, ensuring complete history and physical within 72 hours of admission, coordinating care with the Center Medical Director and external hospitals, leading by example for physicians and staff, communicating AlignMed Partners mission to the community, and coordinating transfer arrangements while maintaining compassionate, compliant patient care. Requires BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience; geriatrics is desirable; relocation bonus offered.
