Job Summary
Remote Telehealth Physician – Dual Attending Physician/Medical Director in Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care settings. BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with LTC experience; responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, overseeing credentialing, implementing clinical programs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Reports to the Regional Medical Director, collaborates with Center Medical Director, and coordinates with area hospitals and institutions. Responsibilities include patient care, timely visits, maintaining complete histories and physicals within 72 hours, adherence to compliance policies (HIPAA, corporate integrity), and supporting centers with relationships and care arrangements. Includes relocation bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable
