Remote Telehealth 40+ State Licensed Physician (Hawaii)

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based asynchronous and synchronous virtual care across primary care, urgent care, women's health, men's health, weight management, dermatology, and pediatrics. Review comprehensive patient intake information including medical history and submitted photos to ensure safe prescribing, then conduct clinical assessments aligned with Wheel guidelines. Prescribe medications responsibly while documenting each encounter using structured SOAP notes that include rationale, counseling, and follow-up recommendations. Engage in clear communication with patients via secure messaging or live video visits, and refer to in-person care when clinical guidelines are not met. Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and escalate urgent clinical concerns per platform protocols. Collaborate with clinical operations for onboarding and guideline updates. Available 12 hours weekly between 11 AM – 7 PM HST plus 16 weekend hours monthly. Board-certified physician with multiple state licenses required.
