Job Summary
This remote US-based Technical Product Manager PM/EMR leads as a hands-on Product Owner and people manager, owning the backlog and guiding a team of Business Analysts to deliver revenue-cycle focused outcomes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining the PM/EMR roadmap, writing epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, running Scrum ceremonies, and partnering with the Tech Lead on integration design (HL7, FHIR, X12) and legacy modernization. You will translate customer problems and regulatory drivers into prioritized roadmaps, drive evidence-based prioritization, and communicate with executives and engineers to move initiatives forward. You will oversee the Jira backlog end-to-end, ensure release readiness with the Scrum Master and QA, coach and develop the BA team, and continuously improve product processes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional alignment with Sales/Support/Professional Services, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows for documentation and artifact generation. Requirements include 5+ years in healthcare PM/PO, strong domain knowledge of ambulatory revenue cycle (eligibility, claims, remits, denials, denials management), proven ability to influence without direct authority, deep Jira/Scrum experience, and direct people management experience. Preferred qualifications include prior billing/coding/RCM domain exposure and experience with AI-enabled product features. The position offers remote work within the US, travel approximately once per year, and a salary range of 115K-130K.
