Job Summary
Remote Technical Engineer role focused on investigating and solving complex customer and production issues across the full software lifecycle. You’ll contribute to modernizing established products into a modern architecture using Angular and Java, collaborate with Product/Support/QA/Engineering to improve outcomes, analyze existing systems to identify improvements, participate in architectural discussions, and engage directly with customers as a trusted technical resource. Technologies include Delphi, Angular, Java, SQL, APIs, and cloud-ready architectures, with opportunities to learn and apply AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Genuine curiosity about how systems work.
- Interest in both maintaining and improving existing applications while helping build modern solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
- Desire to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple areas of the product.
