Job Summary
Investigate and solve complex customer and production issues across the full lifecycle of enterprise software, contributing to modernization from legacy systems to an Angular/Java architecture. Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes; analyze existing systems to understand business logic and identify improvements; participate in architectural discussions to enhance scalability, maintainability, and user experience. Build relationships with customers as a trusted technical resource and work with a technology stack including Delphi, Angular, Java, SQL, APIs, and cloud-ready architectures. Embrace AI-enabled tools to improve workflows while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- A genuine curiosity about how systems work.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
- Desire to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple areas of the product.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or modern front-end development.
- Experience with Java or backend services.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience supporting production applications.
