Complete income tax services for existing clients from January to May, then maintain ongoing work, build processes, and develop the team's tax service throughout the rest of the year. Utilize leadership and strategic thinking skills to expand the income tax offering into a powerhouse service. This part-time role requires 40 hours weekly during tax season and 15 hours weekly year-round, with full remote flexibility and access to an FSA, 401(k) match, and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Active Enrolled Agent credential
- 6+ years of tax accounting experience
- Ability and confidence to communicate accurate accounting details to clients and coworkers
- Ability to work 40 hours a week from January 1-May 31 every year
Desired Qualifications
- An active CPA licensed
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
