Job Summary
Primary point of contact for clients, field technicians and internal departments; responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling service requests, keeping records, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring excellent customer experiences in a fully remote environment. Requires handling calls, email, chat, scheduling changes, service coordination, data entry and administrative duties while delivering professional service and contributing to team goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, customer success, operations support, contact center, scheduling or related fields
- Strong verbal & written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills; and attention to detail
- Can handle several projects and prioritize work
- Comfortable and able to operate independently in a totally remote work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and web-based software solutions
