REMOTE SUPPORT PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Summary
Deliver high-quality remote support services and manage service implementation in accordance with Individual Service Plans and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities regulations. Coordinate staffing for open shifts, provide direct coverage, and maintain confidentiality while updating hardware and software plans. Supervise Remote Support Professionals through training, meetings, and performance documentation, overseeing Quality Assurance audits and program reviews. Build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for concerns. Respond to emails and phone calls promptly, including after-hours availability, and coordinate remote equipment installation and troubleshooting. Work approximately 30 third-shift hours per week with some travel to residential sites. Ensure full compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an insured and good driving record (4 points or less)
- Ability to engage in physical activities such as lifting (minimum of 30 lbs.), standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Some travel to satellite offices and residential sites
