Job Summary
Provide in-person, part-time support and training to individuals per the service plan, including assistance with daily activities (hygiene, bathing, toileting, escort, meal time), helping develop self-control and self-management skills, completing documentation within 24 hours, coordinating appointments/transportation, promoting safety and teamwork, completing required trainings, supporting individuals with complex needs in community settings, and monitoring alerts to provide direct in-person or virtual support as scheduled. Requires HS diploma, basic computer skills, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass health assessments and background checks. Compensation ranges from $17.25 to $22.25 per hour with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, 403B retirement plan with employer match, flexible spending, PTO, holidays, and other EAP/leave benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- organizational and leadership skills
- Computer literate or willing to learn Excel
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Ability to complete required courses/orientation
- Background checks clearance
- Possess valid Class C driver’s license
- Health assessment as required
