Job Summary
Build and maintain data-driven demand planning and inventory forecasting models across multi-channel frameworks to guide procurement cycles. Serve as the primary system administrator for client inventory ecosystems inside Cin7 Core, coordinating real-time workflows across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Walmart WFS. Oversee wholesale and retail compliance procedures, execute full-cycle EDI logistics tasks including Purchase Orders and Bills of Lading, and manage inbound and outbound freight movements. Partner closely with co-manufacturers and 3PLs to ensure production continuity, audit pricing, and resolve fulfillment friction points. This hands-on role supports a Fractional COO for high-growth CPG brands in the $2M–$20M revenue range, requiring 5+ years of CPG domain expertise and fluency in Cin7 Core and SPS Commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified supply chain, logistics, or operations management experience natively within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector (Food & Beverage, Nutraceuticals/Supplements, or Consumer Products)
- Advanced proficiency navigating cloud ERP applications (Cin7 Core/DEAR highly preferred)
- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify
- specialized retailer vendor interfaces
- Direct experience handling EDI compliance frameworks and routing protocols, preferably through SPS Commerce pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of freight execution logic, spanning small parcel handling, LTL freight parameters, and FTL scheduling configurations
- Fluent verbal and written English communication habits
