[REMOTE] Structural Designer - Bridge the Gap Between Design & Engineering

Prepare structural layouts and detailed drawings for custom structural support systems, including connection details for welded, bolted, and anchored assemblies. Produce structural calculations and assist with engineering analysis, while interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Create and revise fabrication and shop drawings using 3D CAD software, then coordinate with engineering and project teams to support execution. Review fabrication drawings for accuracy and constructability, preparing supporting documentation for licensed review. Assist with delegated engineering documents and outside submittals, while supporting product improvements and design standardization. This role bridges the gap between drafting and engineering for a manufacturer of custom structural building systems, offering realistic project timelines and a focus on trust and flexibility.
