Job Summary
Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned retail programs, including RFP support, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation for the Coach account. Review and approve design drawings, monitor manufacturing status, and manage inventory to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day execution, tracking project financials, variances, and gross margins while partnering with sales and operations. Act as a trusted partner to the Coach team, mentoring project staff and driving corrective actions on identified risks. Requires 5–7 years of experience in retail or manufacturing environments with 25–40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of project or program management experience
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‐phase programs with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and installation workflows
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost tracking, and margin awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as required
