Job Summary
Review medical records to identify key evidence for Social Security Disability claims and prepare concise summaries and chronologies. Organize large administrative records exceeding 1,000 pages with extreme accuracy and assist in filing legal documents for the Appeals Council and Federal Court. Maintain detailed case tracking systems, monitor case statuses, and track strict deadlines for filings and agency responses. Make regular outbound calls to U.S.-based clients to follow up on statuses, missing documentation, and next steps while documenting all interactions. Requires near-perfect English, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Near-perfect English (written and spoken) with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence
- Previous experience in outbound calling or high-level client communication
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Must have a stable internet connection and the ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Business hours
- Voice/Video Recording
- Must answer 'NO' to mandatory knockout questions verifying minimum qualifications
- Must be Latin American based in Latin America
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S. law firms or within the Social Security Disability field
- Proven ability to summarize medical records or legal documents
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Clio Manage, Clio Draft, or Lawmatics
