Job Summary
Provide high-quality remote counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes, delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based treatments. Offer telephone or video consultations based on client preference, while adhering to case management processes and sessional limits. Conduct one-off assessments, referral recommendations, and ad-hoc wellbeing support, alongside group psychoeducation and mental health awareness workshops. Work autonomously within professional guidelines, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team and safeguarding agencies. Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings to improve client and employee experiences.
Required Qualifications
- BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists
- NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants
- UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/Psychotherapists
- 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience
- accreditation
- Minimum 3 days per week
- Monday, Thursday and Friday or weekends
- Service is open Monday to Sunday
- 7.5-hour shifts
- 30 minute lunch break
- Shifts start from 8:00 am
- latest finish is at 8pm
- One late shift
- Saturday/Sunday shift
- Paid enhancements for weekends
- Working days and hours are subject to service demands
