Job Summary

Provide high-quality remote counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes, delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based treatments. Offer telephone or video consultations based on client preference, while adhering to case management processes and sessional limits. Conduct one-off assessments, referral recommendations, and ad-hoc wellbeing support, alongside group psychoeducation and mental health awareness workshops. Work autonomously within professional guidelines, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team and safeguarding agencies. Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings to improve client and employee experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists
  • NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants
  • UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/Psychotherapists
  • 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience
  • accreditation
  • Minimum 3 days per week
  • Monday, Thursday and Friday or weekends
  • Service is open Monday to Sunday
  • 7.5-hour shifts
  • 30 minute lunch break
  • Shifts start from 8:00 am
  • latest finish is at 8pm
  • One late shift
  • Saturday/Sunday shift
  • Paid enhancements for weekends
  • Working days and hours are subject to service demands
