Job Summary
Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions covering complex differential diagnosis, advanced pharmacology, and multi-system care-plan development. Review and calibrate team members' outputs to enforce rigorous clinical accuracy and safety standards across all pod deliverables. Own day-to-day quality control, validating that all clinical scenarios, lab/imaging inputs, and prescriptive recommendations are practically realistic and medically sound. Apply rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead and escalate genuine edge cases or rubric ambiguities directly to them. Participate in calibration sessions and revision cycles to continuously elevate the complexity and clinical precision of pod outputs. This role requires at least 4 hours of daily overlap with PST, 40 hours per week, and involves a 9-week contractor engagement.
Required Qualifications
- ~8–15 years of experience in advanced practice nursing across primary, acute, or specialty care settings
- Must have actively practiced within the last 3 years
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
- regionally relevant national board certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or equivalent)
- Expert fluency in complex differential diagnosis
- Expert fluency in pharmacotherapeutic management and prescriptive practice
- Expert fluency in clinical risk stratification
- Expert fluency in multi-system care-plan formulation
- Expert fluency in diagnostic synthesis
- Proven track record of producing high-level clinical deliverables
- Ability to analyze high-acuity clinical presentations
- Ability to evaluate conflicting diagnostic findings
- Ability to weigh treatment risks versus benefits
- Ability to synthesize complex medical histories into clear clinical rationales
- Meticulous approach to reviewing high-difficulty clinical scenarios
- Superior written communication skills
- Ability to own day-to-day quality
- Ability to calibrate peer outputs
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
