Job Summary
Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in specialized HR workflows, talent acquisition, total rewards, and program design. Author realistic task scenarios involving complex HR policy creation, compensation/benefits modeling, and performance management frameworks. Apply rubric standards set by the Functional SME Lead and review team output to maintain accuracy. Verify all created scenarios and regulatory policies are accurate and solvable using established industry standards. Escalate genuine edge cases to the Functional SME Lead while ensuring alignment with project guidelines and milestone deadlines. This contractor role requires 4 hours daily overlap with PST and spans an 8-week engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of professional experience in a specialized HR domain (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or L&D Partnerships)
- Deep domain expertise in designing and executing specialized HR workflows, compensation/benefits structures, talent pipelines, and employee engagement programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
- at least 4 hours per day
- upto 40 hours per week
- 4 hours of overlap with PST
- Engagement type: Contractor
- Engagement Length: 8 weeks
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent)
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role
