Job Summary
Lead fullstack development using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and relational or NoSQL databases to build RESTful APIs and component architectures. Mentor developers and drive technical leadership within a team of 250+ professionals. Work remotely from any location with flexible hours and time zone overlap. Receive paid training, annual performance-based pay increases, and monthly wire transfers for contractors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with a track record of senior-level ownership
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across both frontend and backend
- Solid experience with Node.js for backend development and building RESTful APIs
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including component architecture, state management, and hooks
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability or potential to mentor developers and take on technical leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Availability to overlap with different time zones
