Job Summary
Partner with customers to clarify strategic objectives and hiring needs, then design and customize hiring stages for each role. Develop and update job descriptions, source candidates via databases and social media, and conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities. Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries, facilitate negotiations, and collaborate with hiring managers while providing training as needed. Network to build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to company development and reputation management. This freelance contract offers a flexible schedule and personal development budget for a remote position in the Czech region.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
