Job Summary
Partner with customers to clarify strategic objectives and hiring needs, then design and customize hiring stages based on specific position requirements. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications while sourcing candidates through databases and social media. Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities, present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries, and facilitate the negotiation process. Collaborate with hiring managers to provide training as needed, network to build long-lasting client relationships, and contribute to company development and change management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
