Job Summary
Partner with customers to understand their strategic objectives and hiring needs, then design customized hiring stages and develop detailed job specifications. Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media while conducting pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities. Present shortlisted candidates with profile summaries, facilitate negotiations, and collaborate with hiring managers to provide training as needed. Network to build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to company development and reputation. This role requires 3+ years of recruiter experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
