Job Summary
Remote Seed Sales Representative role responsible for driving SEED sales growth in the Cornbelt West territory by directly engaging with growers, developing and executing territory business plans, collaborating with Nutrien retail stores and leadership, and leveraging digital agronomy tools to provide high-level customer service and product confidence across the territory. The position emphasizes growing seed sales across multiple partner brands (Bayer, Dyna-Gro, Brevant, NK, Xitavo), building brand awareness, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets, and coordinating with brand management on product positioning and plot strategy while maintaining strong communication with farmers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business or a closely related field is preferred
- 2-year degree will be considered with adequate experience in SEED sales
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or marketing management in SEED role
- Passion for selling seed and working directly with farmers daily
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organizational levels
- Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization to achieve a common goal
- Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor, Digital Agronomy and other Digital Experience tools
