Job Summary
Answer inbound phone calls to assist individuals with coverage understanding and product selection, then make outbound calls to follow up with customers. Demonstrate compassion while building customer relationships and earning their loyalty. Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration by answering questions related to policies. Secure compliant enrollment into appropriate medical plans. Must live in Texas and hold an active Health or Health & Life Insurance license. Requires at least one year of sales experience, preferred in insurance sales under 65. Must type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy and possess a Windows 11 computer with 8GB RAM. Earn a base rate of $20/hour with lucrative sales incentives and access to paid training and the Qualfon University scholarship program.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in the State of Texas
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state you reside
- At least one year of previous sales experience
- Secure compliant enrollment into appropriate medical plan
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Must be able to type at least 35wpm/90% accuracy
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Desktop or laptop
- Operation system – Windows 11
- The computer must have at least 8GB of RAM and a Processor speed – i3 4th generation or better
- 2nd computer monitor required
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended) 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved
- High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, Satellite or Hot Spot
- Wired provider- No mobile broadband connections allowed
- Upload speed of 25 Mbps; Download sped of 50 Mbps
- The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
- Latency under 100ms
- Must have available cell phone or tablet with minimum system requirements of Android 8.0 and later or iOS14 or later
- must install the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Application required by Qualfon IT
