Job Summary
Validate candidates via phone, check their availability, and answer questions regarding the project logistics. Schedule sessions based on defined criteria and availability while providing necessary logistical information. Send reminders to participants to ensure attendance and minimize no-shows. Fill the session schedule days in advance and communicate daily updates to the project team. This role supports DataForce's data collection project in Paris, focusing on gathering data for Machine Learning and Human-Machine Interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Idiomatic fluency in Levantine Arabic (Lebanon)
- Can adapt to the CET time zone
- Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve
- Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Experience working in a team
