Job Summary
Manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central systems while overseeing integration analyses and optimizing connections to external systems. Execute requirements management by coordinating technical and functional needs with stakeholders, and contribute to solution conception adhering to security and compliance standards. Create and maintain integration scenarios within SAP Cloud Integration, supporting HR process optimization and transformation projects. Collaborate closely with HR teams, internal IT groups, and external partners to drive digitalization efforts. Work remotely with flexible hours, reporting directly to the HR-IT team at Hornbach.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung: Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP- oder HR-IT-Umfeld
- SAP-Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Employee Central
- Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
- gute Englischkenntnisse

Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen mit SAP HCM oder anderen HR-Systemen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Integrationsszenarien, Schnittstellen oder Cloud-Technologien
- Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP BTP oder SAP Cloud Integration
